This week marked the beginning of an exciting project that’s making a positive impact along Philips Highway in San Marco East. We’ve broken ground on our new project, the luxury apartment community San Marco Promenade.
The San Marco Promenade will include new construction of (3) four-story buildings for a total of 284 units. This gated community will also feature a clubhouse, fitness center, business center with private conference rooms, luxury resort-style pool including an outdoor kitchen with bar seating and fire pit, three courtyards, and two entrances with security.
We’d like to thank everyone who came out to celebrate this milestone, as well as Chance Partners and the City of Jacksonville for making this project possible.
