The community features thoughtfully designed residences, accessible three-story buildings, and a dedicated clubhouse, along with resort-style amenities including a pool, fitness center, community garden, dog park, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen.
Olea e-Town
Olea e-Town is a 192-unit, age-targeted multifamily community designed for active adults seeking an amenity-rich, maintenance-free lifestyle. The community features three four-story buildings with brick and fiber cement finishes, along with amenities including a clubhouse, outdoor kitchen, fitness center, yoga studio, detached garages, and dog park.
