Live Oak Contracting was recently awarded a $40.8 million dollar project, Residence at Gateway Commons, in Scarborough, Maine. Our team broke ground this past December and plan to be finished by December 2019.
The Residence at Gateway Commons includes 10 buildings which totals to 240 units. In addition to the 10 buildings, it will also have a pool, clubhouse, and dog park. The architect on the project is Gate 17 Architecture of Haddonfield, New Jersey.
