Adults 55+ Apartments Planned for Olea Beach Haven and Olea e-Town
JACKSONVILLE: Live Oak Contracting, RangeWater, and partners celebrated the groundbreaking of the upcoming developments Olea Beach Haven and Olea e-Town on Wednesday, May 18. This is Live Oak’s fourth project with RangeWater.
The 55-plus age-targeted apartment communities have estimated completion dates of fall 2023. Each will include one-, two- and three-bedroom units across three buildings.
Olea Beach Haven
Beach Haven’s plans call for 175 units reserved for residents aged 55 and older. It will include two small garages, an off-leash dog park, and a social green space.
Olea Beach Haven is located along San Pablo Parkway, south of Beach Boulevard and north of Mayo Clinic Florida. The Intracoastal location is in close proximity to job centers, shopping, and Jacksonville beaches.
Olea e-Town
Olea e-Town will consist of 192 units for 55-plus age-targeted residents and offer a fitness studio, pool, craft room, dog park, and pet spa. It is located on Exchange Street, eight miles southeast of St. Johns Town Center shopping and dining. The community will be in close proximity to Jacksonville’s Baptist Medical Center and Ponte Vedra Beach. Both Olea Beach Haven and Olea e-Town will provide active, vibrant communities for 55-plus age-targeted renters across Northeast Florida.
