Two Apartment Buildings of 270 Units Planned by Developer TriBridge Residential
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Live Oak Contracting, a full-service general contracting firm specializing in multifamily and commercial construction, was named contractor for a new multifamily project at 1 Riverside Ave. near downtown.
Designed by developer TriBridge Residential, architect Dwell Design Studio, and civil engineer Prosser, the project includes two seven-story apartment buildings with a total of 270 units. Landscaping and hardscapes designed by Land Designed and interior design by Banko Design. There will also be an eight-story shared parking structure with 625 parking spaces and one single-story co-work building measuring approximately 3,000 square feet. The total project is valued at around $83 million.
According to Live Oak Contracting President & CEO Paul Bertozzi, the mixed-use development at One Riverside represents an exciting milestone for Jacksonville. “With this development, our city is looking to the future, and we’re honored to be part of it,” Bertozzi said. “There’s a tremendous need for housing in this area, from those relocating and locals alike. We think there will be a ton of demand at this beautiful property, and we can’t wait to see all the new residents enjoying it.”
The riverfront apartments will include the latest amenities integrated into each building, including podcast rooms, dog wash stations, clubhouse, riverfront fitness center, and “sky lounge” rooftop decks. Outside, residents will have access to a riverfront pool with hot tub spa, grill stations, 80 bicycle parking spots, and improved Northbank Riverwalk connectivity.
Apartment unit floor plans will include options for studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom plans. As part of the One Riverside complex, residents will have convenient access to Whole Foods and other retail developments and restaurants to be announced.
