Atlantic on the Avenue
Adding to the market in Charleston is our new project, Atlantic on the Avenue. The $19 million project will offer two four-story apartment buildings, a clubhouse, pool, three garages and secure access at 6880 Rivers Ave. Construction should begin this week on the 202-unit upscale complex between Trident Technical College and a Sunoco gas station. The site will include elevator service, fitness studio, business cafe and community kitchen. Completion is set for spring 2017.
