CHARLESTON, S.C., (March 4, 2020) – The Spectrum Companies and Live Oak Contracting today celebrated the groundbreaking of one of greater Charleston’s most distinctive apartment communities, featuring 345 luxury apartment homes and amenities designed to deliver resort-style living at Nexton – a lifestyle, retail and residential community in Summerville, South Carolina.
