The first mixed-use community is coming to Houston’s Midtown area and construction is set to being in 2016. The Morgan Group will develop its latest Pearl luxury apartments, complete with amenities such as a sky lounge, on-site bike share stations, walkable retail, in-unit Bluetooth speakers, dry cleaning pickup/delivery, oversized fitness center, resort-style pool with cabanas and outdoor TVs. The community built above Whole Foods will be eight stories and consist of 260 apartments, with the choice of studios, and one or two-bedroom units. The slogan for the Pearl brand is “live well” and this development is sure to provide residents with a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
