Jacksonville, FL — Live Oak Contracting, in partnership with Dallas-based developer Tabani Group, has officially broken ground on Park Lane Phase II, a $33.1 million multifamily development located in the heart of Gainesville, Florida.
Set to deliver 176 thoughtfully designed units across 20 two-story buildings, Park Lane II will offer residents modern living in one of the city’s most dynamic growth corridors. Ideally positioned just off Archer Road (SR-24), the development provides immediate access to the University of Florida, medical centers, parks, retail, and Gainesville’s growing innovation economy.
