Tuesday, June 18th Live Oak Contracting celebrated the groundbreaking of Olea at Nocatee, a $22 million active adult apartment community located in Nocatee, FL.
With an anticipated completion date of winter 2021, the community will include 175 units across three buildings and amenities desired most by the 55+ renter such as a clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center with yoga room, craft room, library, and recreation center. Additionally, there will be a convenient dog wash station, a dog park, and golf cart charging stations.
Olea is located in close proximity to Nocatee’s town center, making it an ideal location for renters that seek an amenity-rich community while still being a short golf cart ride away from urban conveniences such as restaurants, shops, healthcare, and other professional services.
