Live Oak Contracting® is proud to announce the opening of its new headquarters at 4601 Touchton Road, Building 300, Suite 3450 in Jacksonville, Florida.
The move reflects the continued growth of our team and the exciting opportunities ahead. With twice the square footage of our former space, the new headquarters provides room to expand, collaborate, and embrace the next chapter of Live Oak’s story.

The new headquarters offers a central location with convenient access to major highways and surrounding business districts. While Live Oak has officially moved into the space, the transformation is only beginning. The company has partnered with Rebecca Davisson Interior Design (RDID) — led by award-winning designer Rebecca Davisson, NCIDQ, Associate AIA, IIDA FLN Designer of the Year — to reimagine the headquarters into a dynamic workplace built for collaboration, culture, and creativity.
Renovations are underway, with a full build-out expected to be completed in early 2026. The project will include custom-designed workspaces, expanded conference areas, and gathering spaces that reflect Live Oak’s culture.
Commitment to Jacksonville
Live Oak has proudly called Jacksonville home since its founding and remains deeply committed to shaping the city’s future. The company continues to play an active role in downtown development while also expanding its impact across the Southeast.
The build-out will be led by Adam Yorsaner, Project Manager, who will oversee the enhancements and customizations to our new space. Employees and partners can connect with Adam directly as we continue shaping the headquarters to reflect Live Oak’s culture and vision.
