With Bill Ware brings over 40 years of experience in real estate development and construction management to his role as Development Manager at Live Oak Contracting. Throughout his career, Bill has led the development of a diverse portfolio, including luxury multifamily communities, retail centers, mixed-use developments, and build-to-suit projects. Notably, Bill has overseen projects such as a Publix anchored shopping centers in Alabama and Florida, luxury apartment communities in Alabama and Florida, including Jacksonville’s San Marco neighborhood, and repurposed office buildings in historic locations. His expertise spans site selection, entitlement, design, engineering, property management, development, finance, and construction management. With a passion for creating vibrant communities, Bill will focus on managing Live Oak’s development pipeline, ensuring thoughtful and strategic execution of projects. A licensed real estate broker in Florida and Alabama, Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loyola University in New Orleans.
