Ernst & Young (EY) recently announced that Live Oak Contracting’s Paul Bertozzi was chosen as a finalist for Florida’s Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award.
Founded 32 years ago by Ernst & Young, Entrepreneur Of The Year® recognizes entrepreneurs in Florida who have demonstrated an excellent personal commitment to their businesses and to their community. These entrepreneurs are outstanding leaders in innovation and are dedicated to upholding financial performance goals. The nominees were selected by an independent panel of judges. The award program is recognized as the world’s most prestigious for entrepreneurs. From its founding over 30 years ago, it has grown to encompass more than 145 cities in over 60 countries.
The panel of independent judges was comprised of prominent leaders and entrepreneurs from the local community, as well as the business and finance industries. In choosing their nominees, the judges highlighted those who are inspirations to others in their leadership, achievement, and vision. The award seeks to recognize the potential of those nominees as they lead and build businesses that are both dynamic and thriving.
The award winners of the Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award were announced during a gala event at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort in Orlando on June 7, 2018. Regional winners are now eligible for the Entrepreneur Of The Year® National Award in several categories, as well as the overall award. This national event, slated to take place in Palm Springs, California on November 10, 2018, signals the conclusion of the nation’s most prestigious roundup of industry-leading and high-growth businesses.
