A native of the Southeast, Chris grew up in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. After serving 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, he entered the construction industry and quickly gained experience as Superintendent in the single-family and multifamily market.
In 2010, Chris furthered his construction experience and worked on a couple of apartment rehab projects for Summit Contracting Services. Once completed, he transitioned back to the single-family market and was the Project Manager of a local Jacksonville homebuilder where he built 82 homes in a single year.
In fact, he built the first ever model home built inside a sports venue in America at Everbank Stadium. The project was completed in just 49 days and is now visited by thousands of fans each year. The home will be donated to a wounded military veteran after the 2017 NFL football season.
In 2016, Chris became a Certified Licensed Florida General Contractor and he looks forward to growing his career at Live Oak Contracting.
