A native of the Southeast, Chris grew up in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. After serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, he entered the construction industry and quickly gained experience as Superintendent and Project Manager in the single-family sector. He built over 1,000 homes while working for national builders, including Dream Finders Homes, Admiral Homes, Lennar Homes, and D.R. Horton Homes.
As a Certified Licensed Florida and North Carolina General Contractor, Chris leads the multifamily division for Live Oak Contracting. In this capacity, he ensures the team has sufficient corporate resources and financial backing, and when required, leverages the team’s strategic partnerships and relationships across the real estate industry to provide what is needed to ensure timely success. He has managed over $800M in multifamily project value and has built over 4,600 units.
Chris built the first-ever model home inside Jacksonville Jaguars sports venue at Everbank Stadium in under 49 days. The home was donated to a wounded military veteran after the 2017 NFL football season.
