This multi-family complex will total 320,000 sq. ft., including two 4-story buildings, two 3-story buildings, and a 2,000 sq. ft. club room with fireplace, full kitchen, bar area, a ping-pong table, and shuffleboard. There is a leasing office, fitness center and yoga room, package concierge, dog park, business center, and luxury pool. Avalon at James Island depicts a redesigned interpretation of low-country style. The convenient location is across the highway from the Country Club of Charleston, making it an easy drive into downtown and to West Ashley.
