Beacon at Gateway

Nestled in the heart of Scarborough, Maine and valued at $32 million, Beacon at Gateway will include new construction of (10) three-story buildings and (1) clubhouse.

Totaling 244,000 square feet, the project will consist of 240 units that are within walking distance to Cabela’s, shops, and restaurants. Additionally, the development is three miles away from Scarborough Beach State Park. The garden-style apartment community will also feature amenities including a fitness center, game room, package concierge, pool, dog park, business center, fire-pit, and a cabana pavilion with seating area.
