Kathy Rossi is a strategic human resources leader with extensive experience in recruitment, learning and development, benefits management, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. She began her career as an HR file clerk and advanced into senior leadership by combining hands-on expertise with a passion for building strong workplace cultures. At Seagate Development Group, Kathy serves as Human Resources Manager, where she has led the development of internal HR systems, job descriptions, and compensation planning.
Prior to this role, she provided HR support to more than 100 clients at Paychex, Inc., helping organizations navigate employee relations, compliance, and performance issues. Kathy holds a bachelor’s degree in business from International College in Naples, Florida, and a master’s degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Walden University. She is also certified as a SHRM-CP and holds the PHR designation.
After relocating from the Fort Myers area, Kathy now calls Northeast Florida home. She and her husband enjoy traveling and spending time with their grown children.
